I offer a complete service through the design, installation, and longterm maintenance of gardens.

I work closely with each customer to understand your vision and preferences for your garden, and determine how to implement this in your unique outdoor space, creating gardens that grow and transform through the seasons and over the years.

My work often begins with the creation of new garden beds, and I closely collaborate with a skilled stonemason to incorporate hardscape features like patios, paths, walls, and accent stones. Just as often, my work involves restoring existing beds—adjusting plant material and placement, improving soil health, and sometimes starting fresh when a complete overhaul is needed.

Plant selection is very important to my design process; choosing appropriate plant material based on the conditions of each garden bed gives them the best chance at successfully establishing and lasting. By sourcing my material from local nurseries with high quality plants, I am confident in ensuring the long term health of the gardens that I create.

Because gardens are living things, I believe in ongoing care. I typically continue to maintain the gardens I install, keeping them healthy and beautiful throughout the year. Whether it’s pruning, watering, seasonal planting, or design changes, I provide continual garden care throughout the season.
